All products from Kingdom Reads are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you after your purchase.

 

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping details entered by the customer.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask for your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

 

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Delivery times are usually 3–6 business days, depending on the shipping destination. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, occasional delays may happen due to shipping carriers or customs processing.
